Abstract
Global health industries are undergoing a paradigmatic shift from disease treatment towards preventive care and holistic healing, in which the definition of health has been expanded from the relief of isolated physical symptoms to the pursuit of balanced holistic health across four dimensions: physical, mental, spiritual, and social. Within this trend, the healing-service sector is confronted with demands for upgraded experiences and greater personalisation, while the maturation of artificial intelligence (AI) has opened new possibilities for service innovation and marketing enhancement. Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and customer-data analytics are capable of assisting operators in identifying customer needs with precision, delivering personalised experiences, and optimising customer-relationship management; at the same time, however, they give rise to issues concerning data privacy, algorithmic ethics, and trust maintenance. Starting from holistic health theory, this study systematically examines the experience design of healing services, relationship management, and the architecture of AI-marketing innovation, and proposes governance mechanisms and evaluation methods for an integrated holistic health platform. First, relevant literature on the four-dimensional holistic health framework, healing-service experience theory, health-consumer behaviour, and AI marketing is reviewed, so that a theoretical foundation may be established. Second, the contours of healing needs across the physical, mental, spiritual, and social dimensions are analysed, and a service-journey and key-touchpoint model is constructed, in which the design principles of personalised healing services and the service-blueprint method are specified. Third, member management, story marketing, and crisis-management strategies for healing brands are discussed from a customer-relationship-management perspective, and the application scenarios and value of AI in customer segmentation, needs forecasting, generative marketing content, intelligent customer service, and service-journey optimisation are examined in depth. Finally, a business model, an LLM health-education assistant, a multi-source health-data governance mechanism, and design architecture for an integrated mind-body-spirit-society evaluation dashboard are proposed for the holistic health service platform.
